We've been hard at work making the Brewery Customer section feel less like a contact list and more like a full CRM — giving your sales team better tools to manage relationships, track activity, and stay on top of follow-ups.

What's New on the Customer Listing

  • Last Sales Call: See at a glance when you last visited or spoke with each customer.

  • Next Sales Call: Upcoming scheduled visits and follow-ups surface right in the list, highlighted in orange when they're coming up within 3 days.

  • Bulk Schedule Visit: Select multiple customers and log a scheduled visit for all of them at once — great for planning a route.

Smarter Visit Logging

When you log a visit with a future date, BarSight now automatically creates a task as a reminder so it shows up on your schedule. Follow-up dates work the same way — set one and a task is created; clear it and the task is removed.

Richer Customer Profiles

The individual customer page now includes two new panels:

  • Recent Task Comments: The last few comments from any visit-related tasks, so you can see what was discussed without digging through the schedule.

  • Top Products: A quick summary of the customer's most-ordered products and package groups — useful context when heading into a sales call.

Custom visit fields also got a proper overhaul — you can now manage them with a clean modal editor that supports dropdowns, text areas, date fields, and more, right from the Customer Settings page.

These updates are live now. Head to Brewery → Customers to check them out!

Thank You, does this automatically upgrade?

I have been trying to merge some of the Locality Customer profiles but in the end their should be a Locality Cidery (Customer), Locality Brewing Taproom, Locality Marketing and Locality Special Events. I am trying to mark the used ones as do not use, but I want to make sure everything looks okay on your end.

Hey Melanie,

Updates are live and you should be able to start adding in visits and see the follow ups show up as tasks.

Yes and if you merge (C) - Locality Brewing Taproom into Locality Brewing Cider House customer that would work as the (C) prefix identifies it as a customer that come from the Ciderhouse account before we merged the 2 together :)
